For Freshers: Procedures For Payment Of School Fees.

For concerned freshers who are yet to make payment of their tution
fee. Below are the procedure for payment in GTBank.

1. Ensure you have the prescribed school fees amount (#32k) in your
GTBank account (savings account). Dont go with cash because payment is
by bank draft.
2. Request for a withdrawal slip, fill in the details such as your
name, account number and school fees amount and at the back of the
slip, write a short note (issue a draft in favour of FUNAAB, signature
and date).
3. Walk toward the counter and request where draft are been issued,
when you get their, give the atttendant the withdrawal slip. He then
issues you a draft.
4. After the draft has been issued, kindly oick three deposit slips.
5. On the first slip, fill all the necessary details (date, account
name (FUNAAB) and school account number etc) and ensure you write your
reference number on top of the slip.
6. On the first slip, amount should be #32k which is the actual school fee.
7. On the second slip, fill all your details and include your
refenrence number and amount should #200 (Bank Commision)
8. On the third slip, just fill in the date, account number and amount
(#32,200) with your refence number on top.
9. Proceed to the counter and make payment.
Note: Payment is not by cash.
